These terms govern your use of the AgiliMed marketing site and, where you have a signed order or subscription, the IASORA product. IASORA is a product of AgiliMed.

The service

We provide the IASORA platform and products as described in your order. Availability, support, and any service levels are set out there.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account and for use that complies with law and these terms. You will not misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it to violate the rights of others.

Fees

Fees, units, and billing are described on our pricing page and in your order. Published prices are indicative and confirmed at checkout or in your agreement.

Intellectual property and confidentiality

We retain all rights in the service. Each party will protect the other's confidential information. Customer data remains the customer's.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. IASORA is not a medical device and does not replace clinical judgment. Liability is limited as set out in your agreement.

Term, termination, and changes

These terms apply while you use the service. We may update them and will post the current version here. Material changes will be communicated to active customers.
