About

Built for real-world healthcare infrastructure.

IASORA runs as a complete AI-native system of record, or deploys as a FHIR-native execution layer over the systems you already run.

Every hospital we walked into could already tell you what was wrong. Not one of them had anything that would go and do something about it.

What we think everyone else gets wrong

Healthcare did not need another reporting layer.

A decade of healthcare technology got very good at finding the problem and handed the work back to the people who were already drowning in it. Every score, every flag, every dashboard ends the same way: someone has to go and do something. We build that half.

The era we are leaving

Software that watches

  • Dashboards that report a problem to someone who already knew
  • Alerts until the alerts are ignored
  • A separate tool per workflow, none of them speaking
  • Your data held in someone else's schema
  • A two-year replacement programme before anyone sees anything
The era we are building

Software that finishes

  • The record changes, an agent picks the work up and closes it
  • Evidence and a proposed action, for a person to approve
  • One FHIR-native record every product reads and writes
  • Your data stays yours, in your jurisdiction, in a format you can take
  • Live in weeks, whether it becomes the record or sits over it

Who builds it

AgiliMed has been building healthcare infrastructure for years, not months.

IASORA is not an interface stitched onto a language model. It is the product of a company that had already spent years inside hospital estates: unifying fragmented legacy systems onto FHIR, moving clinical data across regional exchanges, and shipping into environments where a bad write is a patient-safety event and every jurisdiction has its own rules about where the data may sit.

Forged in a real hospital estate

A 1,000-bed multi-specialty network, fifteen years of fragmented history, and the legacy systems that came with it. The FHIR fabric underneath IASORA exists because that estate needed one.

Built for more than one jurisdiction

Deployments across multiple markets and inside government-backed health programmes, each with its own residency rules. Sovereignty is an engineering decision we made early, not a policy page we wrote later.

Clinical safety before autonomy

Agents propose, people approve, and every action carries its evidence and an audit trail. We would rather ship an agent that asks than one that guesses.

Institutional proof

Safe to buy, and safe to back.

Not a pilot deck. What is already running, who stands behind it, and where the data is allowed to sit.
